As a graduate from Touro College, in Manhattan, NY, Wanda has over four years experience with Traditional Chinese Medicine and is currently practicing in several healing clinics within the states of Connecticut and New York. Her Asian studies began in 1993 with enrollment in the ancient internal martial art systems of Xsing I and Ba Gua. After a career in financial services, Wanda pursued her Asian studies full time and in 2003, Wanda was awarded an Apprenticeship with Thomas Bisio, Co-Founder of the Zheng-Gu Tui Na. In 2006, Wanda completed several clinical intern shifts at Lutheran Hospital in Brooklyn, where she provided palliative care for oncology patients, treated patients undergoing orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation, and worked with the labor and delivery care unit. In 2007, Wanda was a Research Team Member for The New York State Coalition for Acupuncture Legislature Initiative (NYSAC).

Wanda continues to expand her expertise in Traditional Chinese Medicine by maintaining her apprenticeship with Tom Bisio, and will make her second journey to Asia to study in China, May of 2008.
